i loved sitting in the lobby / bar area very pleasing to the eyes

was a little difficult to get room service

smokers took over pool and fire pit area every night and we could not enjoy those areas

there was a good-sized gym and a nice pool area as well

the next morning breakfast was excellent and staff followed all covid procedures for the food area it was covered up

also, free shuttle from hotel to tanger outlet and surrounding area

excellent breakfast, very good location with easy access to highway into downtown charleston, super shuttle

we have 4 kids and travel a lot and have come across staff that we can tell do not like having the kids there

the pool and hot tub looked very inviting

love all the different amenities; free parking, free breakfast, delicious evening stacks, free coffee, and free drinks
