the wifi signal was very poor and the microwave and tv couldn't be used at the same time.

the experience matched the low price. the room was clean and the wifi worked.

pool was quite cold and the vegetarian breakfast wasn't the best we have had (waffles were (+) clean, tons of amenities, nice staff, awesome lobby area, pool and jacuzzi, nice restaurant inside too (+)pool (+)the complimentary breakfast was delicious! our gran daughter love the pool and the koi pond! (+)rooms were big and the kids loved the pool. (-)only thing that i had a problem with as the pool temperature (+)loved the pool and hot tub, very large space (+)the swimming pool, the decor and the breakfast.

the staff was amazing, and the food good. i liked that we could do laundry.

there is a designated dog walking area at the far side of their very large parking lot

very helpful staff, accommodations were as advertised and the kids had a blast

the whole place including the parking lot smelled like fabreze this was not a cut rate price

no room service at all, staff isn t willing to help you.

the on site snack bar with starbucks coffee was handy as was the computer stations and lots of comfortable and open

did not like the fact that when i came in, after some medical appointments, at 11 am, the coffee bar was closed

restaurant and bar on property,it does not exist, strong oder of chlorine, told that room wouldn't be cleaned
