poor wifi.

plenty of parking

the wifi signal was very poor and the microwave and tv couldn't be used at the same time.

wifi works ok

the experience matched the low price. the room was clean and the wifi worked.

the gym and the hot tub are clean and comfortable to use

the food is delicious and they have room service too

no room service. one reason why i selected the common man.

linen were gross, one staff for all rooms, room service sucked but food was good

loved the updated bar with a very knowledgeable bar tender, will

impersonal with the self check-in and no reception/bar area

lovely atmosphere in bar and dining room

the staff there and at the bar were great

made reservations in restaurant for anniversary dinner and was seated in the bar

parking is conveniently located behind the house

easy access with car for parking, and to great walks and hikes

paved parking would have been nice.

central location to explore woodstock and easy parking

if you have little kids, you may want to stay outside of woodstock and drive into town to visit

deck, kitchen and amount of space in general

rooms we booked the multi room apartment with 2 floors, huge excellently equipped, newly finished kitchen, twin sub z, icemaker/cold water dispenser in room, 2 comfortable living room areas,

also the kitchen was not totally picked up when we got there

detectors were hanging from the wall, piles of construction waste

but there was no room service at all for the three nights we stayed

door locks, run down, person living in parking lot as well as full time residents, felt a bit unsafe

covid going on they did the very best they could with breakfast

did not like the fact that when i came in, after some medical appointments, at 11 am, the coffee bar was closed

most hotels offer coffee bar all day for no charge

there also needs to be 24/7 coffee and tea bar like any other hotel

my husband and i were able to easily reserve a time to use the gym (with no one else) which was great

pool was nice and gym.
