everything super clean. the pool very clean and enjoyable.

many people in the pool area who were not staying at the hotel and were just walking over to use it

2 kids were stuck after it dropped from 4th to 3rd floor then the door stuck

our room had a full-sized fridge and a full kitchen minus a stove, which wasn't needed but was nice to have

that it came with a half sized fridge and microwave, nice little table to eat and small kitchen area

i saw him doing the laundry:) he visible and cares about what you care about

the comfort of the room. the kitchen is suburb. the refrigerator was huge!

to covid, every amenity was closed; laundry, ice, housekeeping, pool, coffee

my son loved the pool and the basketball courts

there were no homeless people around the area, breakfast was good

check in is till 4pm, no early check in, small tv, pillow flatten over the night

we had a view of the laundry facility about 4 feet in front of our window and door ant that is all that could be seen

we stayed in one of the accomodations with kitchen & that worked out well, too

had laundry service, which was awesome for a 5 day stay

ended up with little room at end of building (105)directly with laundry machines and continuously overflowing stinking and open trashcan just outside door

there was no pool, no complementary breakfast

night from the cars on the street and not much close by as far as restaurants and stores, also no pool hot tub or anything other then your room to sleep in

when we first got there, they let us do early check in(most hotels don't) but when we got to our room there was no pull out couch when we (+) she was able to find a room for an early check in and she personally brought our bags to our room (-)no parking, no early check in

the gym and rooftop are also lovely

the only issue they didn t have jacuzzi, only the swimming pool on the rooftop.

the roof top bar was closed my entire stay as this was a reason i chose to stay at this particular location

it's upper scale and they had live musicians playing and a bar in the lobby area during the day( during the night, it gets more to the bar area) (*) the restaurant and bar areas was so nice with a real 1940's feel (-)phones did not work in the bar area (+)beautiful, historic, fabulous staff. the grant grill bar and restaurant- both amazing! (+) geat caesar salad at lunch; good bar service; excellent bloody mary (-) two cocktails at the stylish bar took almost 30 minutes to get and cost over $40 (-)was very basic for the price you pay and because of covid their restaurant is closed, there is no bar, only room service available with a very limited menu (-) the bar which was not at all inviting was only open from 5-10pm

wifi didn t always work

wifi was terrible in the room

the tv remote didnt work and the cable wasn't working either. and the wifi was a poor quality.
