new feature since the last time i stayed- clean as always and great service at reception and the bar too

he directed me to the hotel bar/cafe

pool needs cleaning.

check in was easy, front desk clerk was accompanied, breakfast was great. a+++

the hotel is accommodating and also has a quite nice breakfast

i loved the variety of choices of breakfast and the customer service was excellent.

the breakfast is awesome, something for everybody, they havnt missed a thing

the pool was closed and the hot water for tea at night was not hot at all.

pet fee is $75 and up!! they also have a $5 parking fee. no breakfast.

the toilet was clogged,the pet fee is really $75 at night , the park fee is $5 ,

they charged the pet fee under that card but they charged my stay until the other card that was used during booking

pet fee charged is way too expensive

liked the updated lounge with fireplace, the pantry, and the bar area was convenient

they did not restock the pool during our stay.

fyi pool and bar were closed due to covid but that s to be expected

everything worked properly in the rooms and it had an operational, indoor pool

wifi could have worked better

liked the pool for the kids the space was small as far as the non-swimmers so whenever a child jumped into the pool or

and check in is hassle-free, the staff is always kind and courteous, and although there are kids running around enjoying themselves, you can always find peace in your room

the manager tried to give an explanation as to why there was no breakfast, however our reason for booking this hotel is that we could get even a *hot* beverage
