when we asked for a late check out it was no problem at all.

food for the room service was cold and not very good, the bathroom was pretty small and was way to hot in the

small bar fridge on the floor. it should be on a table for easier access

the pool spa experience was wonderful and the gentlemen enjoyed the casino and won some big money

we sat at the bar in the lounge and the bartender was really friendly

found the room requires some updating, we could not get bar soap as they were out of the bar soap

the pet fee was very reasonable

i called about 2 pm because we were running early and asked if it was possible for an early check in

there were lots of empty parking spots

vending machines were broken , pool and hot tub closed , restaurant was closed , bar was closed staff was locked out was like crossing the line during a strike to get out

i never did find out about the free wifi
