we very much appreciated the outdoor swimming pool after a long hot drive

show deposit fee and pet fee until i arrived, they wanted $50 deposit after i paid online for a

front desk clerk didn’t understand ada laws and charged a pet fee for my service dog because we didn’t have a “government id” or registration

security deposit they wanted at check in pet fee that i thought was included in the price apparently not

they charged me a pet fee and another security deposit

the building should be condemned but before that i would like a full refund including the $25 pet fee that you said was refundable when i checked in
