front desk clerk didn’t understand ada laws and charged a pet fee for my service dog because we didn’t have a “government id” or registration

the building should be condemned but before that i would like a full refund including the $25 pet fee that you said was refundable when i checked in

show deposit fee and pet fee until i arrived, they wanted $50 deposit after i paid online for a

sauna, pool, guest laundry area, a green area for pets & they even gave my dog a goodie bag
