hotel shuttle was a plus & will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius, therefore we did not need to

in many drunk people, smoking and drinking outside of the room early in the morning granted a late check out, and our housekeeper sat outside of our room, smoking a vape that was entering into

nothing in the kitchen in the way of utensils, pans, etc

lots of storage space for a longer stay and onsite laundry

downtown, friendly night staff upon check-in, bed was super comfy, ice around the corner and food/casinos nearby

i was amazed at the breakfast facilities and how nice the rooms were.very clean and comfortable

the pool was being remodeled which was a huge disappointment to our kids but hey, it happens

and hot tub closed, made for unhappy kids and probably would have changed hotels had we known

there is an adjacent street to park vehicles hauling trailers, semis, or other long vehicles

i was able to do an early check in with the 7-3 front desk person without question and was able to select what floor i

show up friday morning around 11am or so- and the front desk lady said that it was considered an early check in

they accommodated my request for a bottom floor and were able to get us in for an early check in

there’s also a great trail nearby (for anyone traveling with pets) the pet fee was low, which isn’t always the case with other hotel chains m

the hotel is clean and the room was fabulous with comfortable beds and a great kitchenette

the small kitchen was a huge plus, as well as the bed being very comfortable

were impressed with the full kitchen

loved the large trash can, a hood sized kitchen with a fill sized frig.
