have stayed here 5 times now over the years,there's a nice pool which this time of year when it's heading towards 40degs you need,it's a 5min walk down into

bar or restaurant serving evening meals but other than that would say that it was good value for

no bar or restaurant but great place nearby so no problem.

i didn't eat at the hotel as i found the bar restaurant mercado gastronomico y tapas san albin just a few minutes walk away

wifi in suite not so good, air con ok but not great

the roof pool is spotless

also no room service available

24 hour room service was there but only after we insisted it said on the literature did we get it

there were no restaurants open in the town and the only food available was a much reduced room service

the pool is amazing as is the garden and surrounding area

service in the bar was good, the room was fine

bedrooms good beds very comfortable being english would have liked tea making facillites but the bar and snacks were very accomadating my steak at dinner was extremely good

outstanding high temperature outside + comfortable room, pool, cafeteria and parking - everything that we needed for our stay in mérida
