pet fee is much lower than is typical

the guy who checked us in said the $50 deposit on our room canceled out the $50 pet fee and proceeded to put us in a room on the fourth floor

when i called for room service at 4:05 pm the girl that answered the phone was very rude almost offensive

stay was generally fine, however we arrived late with our pet to then find out that the charge was a 50

paid for 3 nights ahead of time, then for 2 nights upon arrival, then a random $57, then an $84 pet fee

i wasn't informed about the $75 pet fee. that's a little outrageous.
