and our room had a large balcony with stunning views over the two bays and also the hotel pool and grounds

hotel is not cheap but meets our needs perfectly, the parking is excellant and worth paying

having to pay 10 euros per day for onsite parking

it was pet-friendly with a low-cost pet fee. free parking.

the wifi didn't reach the room, could only get it in reception, reported twice.

the tapas bar we think could have remained open all day for drinks and snacks.

we were 4 so my husband and i with our 2 kids

were given a double room with an adjoining lounge, both were very spacious and comfortable

included in the price of the suite such as minibar (with crisps, beer, soft drinks etc) fist laundry, coffee machine, breakfasts, parking-garage beautiful building inside and out, lovely suit, (+) it was included on the hosting the first laundry for free and everything that was on the minibar (+) they even did our laundry for free without us asking for it (+)room and all the other included snacks and drinks, exceptional services included in the price (eg laundry); attention de details in every aspect, focus on art and sustainability, lovely rooftop (+) as we were there for more than one night, one bag of laundry was included

free breakfast vouchers for a nearby cafe; valuable free parking (with ev charge point) in a secure, covered carpark building close by

a shame the swimming pool and restaurant werent open but for my short stay it wasnt a problem

got own pool, although i didn't swim coz it was a bit cold

it was the perfect place in a perfect setting with a perfect pool

there were no other restaurants, cafes, bars etc nearby, although it was handy to have a supermarket beside it

the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, coffee maker, kettle, mini bar etc

that the restaurant does not open on friday and saturday (possibly sunday) nights though there is room service (+) room service was good, reception staff were pleasant and (-)room service at nighy no where around to get food after 10 we arrived late (-)restaurant/room service not as advertised. (-) no food available on friday after we arrived, none on saturday except breakfast and only room service on sunday evening after 8pm

bar service was excellent and prices were very reasonable for a city centre hotel

we requested late check out and that was no problem and we were not charged for it either

it had a reasonably priced car park underneath and a lovely bar and

actually deserves the 4star rating unlike most that have it in spain

on our outward journey, the hotel staff had recommended that we eat in la togo tapas bar about ten minutes walk away and there we had the best tapas of our two week trip

there wasn't a lounge bar you could enjoy as part of the hotel or an area with sun loungers you could enjoy if you wanted

there is a spa and pool next door you can go to for a few

the hotel's amenities were top-notch, with a lovely pool and a fitness centre that i enjoyed using during my stay
