random find , has a a smart tv i originally booked randolph but found this better than randolph parking etc

liked that it was close to all kinds of stores and laundry facilities pretty much everything you need is

the bed. the pillos, although they had a weird shape like if they got ruined when in laundry.

only thing i didn’t like was that the pool isn’t open yet

bathroom pipe bust while in shower pool dirty maid was mean

no drinking water no wardrobes, iron in the room pool present but closed

i did like the wrong i wish clean they have a good space and my kids love to swimming pool

the pool wasn’t working and the room didn’t have an iron to iron clothes.

also has a dining/breakfast area and an outside terrace as well as other amenities like a gym and pool

hotel bar and restaurant closes at 9 pm which is quite early and inconvenient

room was spectacular. rooftop pool and restaurant was excellent.

the kelly wearstler interiors are divine - the entrance is magical and the rooftop bar is dreamy with lots of greenery and stunning views over downtown

wish i had some more time to relax and take a look at the rooftop pool and the restaurant but because we were at a convention that left us exhausted

instructions were easy to follow when booking a table on the roof and ordering room service

we found downtown la fine with our kids, just with some usual street smarts of course

the pool and the basketball court was my kids favs

pool and gym was just a lovely surprise to me, wish i could spend there more time

bed was great, layout was awesome, pool was nice

pool, spa and basketball court was excellent for our teenage children

also wished they had laundry facilities, even if it is coin operated

size of the room with direct access to the pool area

the front desk staff, the room service staff, and the housekeeping staff were all outstanding and extremely helpful

we had a problem with the flush in the toilet and it has been fixed after one hour - wifi was working but was very

pool was small but clean and sufficient for kids to have a great time

the gym should be better.

the facilities are absolutely beautiful, the rooms are modern and comfortable, and we rooftop bar is the perfect way to end your night

hotel hosts pool parties with a dj that go until about midnight, which can be fun—but definitely something to

having to pay a bar minimum to get into a club but aside from that it was a good time.

ac wasn t working properly and the room service is not good enough for the money i paid to stay 5 days

late check out was nice also

we arrived 4 hours early and had requested early check in which they stated they may not be able to do, which was fine

nice staff fair breakfast - you pain separetly, but the bagel was amazing the gym is super nice (very new equipments) comfy room nice location in downton

the room was clean and welcoming and the staff was very kind at the breakfast area

loved the location!! the gym access to the golds gym was awesome!!

i was also giving a 2 hour late check out which is more than any other late check out i have been given at other hotels

the staff is super nice and rooftop bar is amazing!

very interesting, i wouldn’t recommend booking this room with kids because they will see you naked haha
