it smelled like a spa when you walked into the property

brand new hotel, very large suite style rooms, excellently furnished with full kitchen and laundry too

pressed juices at breakfast - no bread / fresh baguette served at breakfast - could not go to spa to enquire about services as they close when there is no appointment - limited vegetarian

we had was spacious and comfortable

one exception: lunch outside at the bar one day where the server brought our food but no cutlery and left for ten minutes and then took

two fireplaces in the bar and another in a reading room on the main floor are welcoming and a make for a pleasant place

the restaurant and bar were second to none and the staff was extremely friendly and professional

kitchenette wasn't functional, there wasn't even a kettle to boil water

lady at the front desk was really nice. wifi worked perfectly. the bed was really comfortable.

though the wifi password to log in was not very obvious to locate)

breakfast was overcooked and cold waffles were good and so were the muffins as a runner up to the

squeaky clean hotel , very safe , kind staff , very good room service, they start to clean the rooms earlier than most hotels but you can see why

breakfast was phenomenal. there was a river trail very close to the hotel.

kids where happy with the choices, it's in a real restaurant, if you want something else, they give

the interior of the hotel is exceptional, restaurant & bar area, breakfast area, reception are all very well appointed

there was no mini bar in the room

is that i found garbages under the bed, there was no remote control nor channel guide and the gym was closed, due to covid

earlier check in trying to charge 15$ more i did requested early check in via email no reponse girl was rude when i tried to check early

location to ski and golf facility. in room microwave and fridge were great.

there was a small kitchenette area with cupboard space, a coffee maker, and the small fridge and microwave worked

parking is huge and convenient. room size is good. clean place.

the parking lot is so huge that the kids can reserve a corner to play
