time i've stayed in a hotel where there was no pet fee

we needed a late check out and the front desk accommodated us with no questions asked and more than happy to

and lastly, the pool floor needs to be replaced

also, when i got there was when i was told that there is a $15/day pet fee

they had wifi, but after traveling all day, we were too tired to try to use it and just wanted to go to bed

but don't count on a fulfilling breakfast, good coffee, packaged buns

when i made my reservation on line there was no mention of a $20 pet fee beginning jan 1, i had made my reservation about a month before

the room was nice and spacious and they only charge $20 pet fee.

guests there were actually quite loud and i could've sworn it said online that the pool was supposed to be opening on may 1st

room was not cleaned, dirty laundry and trash was not pulled

no laundry room but they are renovating so it will probably be available soon.

drug trap with half washed laundry as well as a rude staff including the manager

so many people trying to do laundry all at once

for change to wash my clothes, which made things easier for me, and i did not have to go to the laundry mat

were able to do an early check in which was amazing since we had an overnight flight and didn’t get any

i liked the fact that the room had a kitchenette and fridge

wish there was an indoor pool instead of a gym

my room was attended to, breakfast was okay, nice to have fresh coffee anytime of day

area n clean n breakfast n options to purchase things there if needed
