the room key card that should have been necessary to access the hotel from the parking lot was not necessary as the lock was unusable so anyone could come right on in the

the worst part was, we were next to the laundry and the dryers were going all night

when we finally got to our room around 7:00 pm, the room was a mess - dirty laundry, garbage in the room, bed not made (no sheets, blanket), vacuum cleaner in the room

first night i was there all my laundry was stolen from dryer, 3rd night my room was broken into and some of my things were stolen

a little run down, but it is the best of the in town options with all of the stuff you want (ie gym, pool, starbucks, location, food)

pool out of service, construction ongoing in the lobby and high level of dust and dirt in the

parking is terrible!!! pool is broke. would’ve been nice to been told that whole booking.
