the worst part was, we were next to the laundry and the dryers were going all night

when we finally got to our room around 7:00 pm, the room was a mess - dirty laundry, garbage in the room, bed not made (no sheets, blanket), vacuum cleaner in the room

first night i was there all my laundry was stolen from dryer, 3rd night my room was broken into and some of my things were stolen

enjoy, the fact that the entry hall light panel needed our room key to stay on to light the kitchen area

a lot of amenities we didn’t use but nice to know they were there, like the laundry and the exercise facility

having a kitchen allowed us to eat in our room ( safer than eating out at this time #covid)

the gym has 5 pieces of equipment - all in great condition

beds, excellent shower, cold air conditioning, good choice of breakfast items

could use more variety of breakfast

we were accommodated for an early check in up to 1 hour which made a big difference in our day

also they charged me $100 deposit and the $25 pet fee

at all, i was very disappointment in the overall cleanliness of the hotel and did not eat the breakfast because i felt unsafe

spa tub is outdated and needs some updates as only half the jets worked.
