brand new, the pool was a big extra

staff pleasant at check in, clean bathrooms, coffee and tea always avaialable, (and hot cider for kids), very firm bed, plenty of space to hang and dry ski clothes, outdoor deck with mountain views

good location, very nice. the room was compact, but very nice! the spa tub was wonderful.

which sucks because we had the room with the spa tub and it was very cold to sit in

a wonderful time, very nice deluxe room with spa bath, clean and friendly

even though there is no swimming pool, public pool is across the street

i like parking outside my room but the back alley has a ton of huge pot holes.

very clean. heated pool was the highlight.

i'm assuming that the breakfast bar would have been delicious as well because the food would have been provided by the same team

do if you didn’t want to go into the bavarian village - mini-golf, pools, jacuzzi, game room, spa and a good restaurant with great prices on site

the kids loved the loft

beautiful property with every convenience you need. loved the pool and grotto bar.

people here had no regard to how loud they were late at night especially the kids

the pool was closed. it’s normally one of the best features of the property.

during covid so many of their offerings were unavailable (playhouse, farm-to-table dining, pool, etc

cafe and bar next door with a pool table and darts 20 mins from downtown leavenworth staffs are super nice

there is a super cute restaurant and a bar on the same property as the hotel which made dinner and a drink after really convenient

location was very scenic, the hotel very quaint, and the restaraunt and bar very fun

coffee bar, restaurant with affordable meals, outdoor seating and fire pit

the overall property was great. restaurant and bar along with the outside seating area was fun
