00 pet fee was worth it, especially during the peak summer season

turns out i needed another room at 20$ more and and additional 25$ for a “pet fee” which was never mentioned on any of the reservations

double charged for the pet fee, which i had to call back to hopefully get a refund.

breakfast was excellent and the location was good as well!

think the hallways could use more light. they need a shuttle to head into town.

pillows were too soft and fluffy like a firmer pillow and would have been great to have laundry onsite instead of having to go downtown to do our laundry since we were there on a

expected a shuttle to deadwood. there was none. lead has nothing to offer.

i received a text early the day of arrival asking for eta and if i needed early check in that was possible

breakfast was small continental

the light, continental breakfast was ample with very good coffee and homemade banana bread.

it was nice having a refrigerator and microwave too--it was really a mini-kitchen

shuttle ran between the casinos and the inn

lobby to sit in & a cute bar area with food & some slots, billiard room, game room, pool area, fitness center, laundry, gift shoppe, mini golf

fitness room needs to have machines serviced

location and parking. we had a trailer so plenty of room to park.

had a laundry that i used and a hot tub that i didn't

book this hotel because it listed laundry facilities

air wasn't working. hot tub and laundry facilities weren't working either.

laundry washer was out of order and the front desk person didn’t know

had to pay for breakfast and for the amount and quality of food you got it was pretty pricey.

you had to go through the casino to get to the hotel and use 2 different sets of elevators

location, parking, clean rooms, nice staff, loved the pool and hot tub

the restaurant was good wished they would of offered a free breakfast though

more choices for room service such as soup and sandwiches.

adjacent casino machines with bar was absolutely great too with the bartender lady there taking care of us

the pool was the best! the kids loved it.

it is a water park overrun with kids, many not staying at the hotel

felt like people who weren’t staying here were using the pool and facility

covid mess has caused no continental breakfast access which was expected however the vending machines had minimal options

when a truck towing a bike ,along with two other bikes, decided to park in handicap parking, not even handicap

my room had a loft with an additional queen bed, which i thought kids would love

the room set up w the loft worked perfect for our 2 kids to sleep in their own beds in the loft

the property was clean and accommodating when i arrived. breakfast was good!

breakfast - 2 tables 3 chairs each and slim pickings on the food offered.

continental breakfast sucked, it ran from 6 to 9 eggo waffles some bread some pkgs of muffins

location was good for us. didn’t have the breakfast.
