location , super friendly staff , good breakfast , cheap drinks in the bar , nice tarrace in the room

bar is well stocked and they also now offer pizza from the bar which is useful if you don't want to

the bar could have had draught lager and not just bottles.

the place needs a huge paint refresher and a lots of renovation specifically on the pool wood bridge that some are falling apart
