the pool was perfect temperature

the staff were very friendly, the kids really enjoyed swimming in the pool.

location was perfect! clean pool and spa area. breakfast was simple but nice and clean

breakfast was good. location was good!

redid the whole in side it has always been one of my kids favorite places to go but the pool was broken for ever so glad it’s working now

thought this was very childish and unprofessional and we will never use this place again when our kids come to town

gym was removed

great location for our travels - nice golf course nearby (beach), so a nice place to have a good night sleep and have dinner at bistro (close to the golf (-) we ate twice at the local golf club the briar leaf which was good food/value

staff and lobby area as well as pool and hot tub(could be hotter) (-)fact that the pool closes at 11am and its full of kids all the way until it closes like no time for the adults to (+)breakfast was great, location off hwy perfect, liked the option of pool even though did mot have time to use (+) coffee good and hot and they even had french vanilla creamer :) pool and hot tub were great also (-)fact that there was a big volleyball tournament going on and they refused to extend pool hours after the girls had played late into the night and just wanted to swim for awhile after (-) the location of the pool is weird and water got everywhere from kids running in and out (-)hot tub in the pool area was down for maintenance, and we wanted to use it with a couple who were visiting us, (-)the pool was closed for our entire stay. (-)pool area was way too hot (-)front staff confused about whether room was ready. pool was green

gym was okay for a small hotel

location, has a pool, hot tub, gym. nathan, front desk evening attendant was amazing!

beds were very very comfortable. early check in was a bonus. thank you

we didn't use the pool because we prefer the beach at washington park

the pool area needs a little more attention.

my dog was welcomed during my stay for a reasonable pet fee

i was charged a $50 pet fee, although their response to my query about allowing my dog to stay stated that there were

pet fee was not disclosed before check in

i was a little surprised i was sent a text about being charged a pet fee just as i was arriving when i don’t bring my pets on vacation with me

we were okay bc our kids are older

beautiful scenery and the spa room was epic

(also, i just answered one of the bonus questions, and i didn’t know spa services and meals were an option

said spa there wasn't one

we stayed in the room with the spa tub, and that was luxurious and fun

gone were any signs of when a computer room, breakfast room , swim pool, spa, entertainment center or workout center
