not great when you arrive late and the kids are tired

if you are sensitive to the smell of laundry detergent or scented floor cleaners you will be uncomfortable in the lobby and restaurant

you need to walk past the reception, people having afternoon tea, or people in the restaurant and bar to get to the pool which is uncomfortable

the hotel had an area for kids to play

the rooftop pool is awesome and our daughter enjoyed the kids play
