did i not get an ocean view i ended up all the way at the wrong end of the hotel looking at a parking lot and a part of the golf course

we even asked if they could order us a late night pizza one night (not on room service menu) and they were able to do that (-)a resort, it functions like a one-stop place for all your needs (beach, pools, room service, spa, bar, etc (-) the menu for the restaurants was so limited, room service was the same menu as the restaurant for lunch and dinner (-)were very understaffed and we had to wait a very long time for everything (at the restaurant, room service, at the bar etc (-)room service food was horrible and gave us bad stomach problems (-)cleaning of the room, no new towels, very slow room service, very slow service in the restaurant, very poor but expensive breakfast

place was beautiful, had convenient parking, but may need to go up a hill

there is cow poop everywhere on the beach and the cows drink from pool so it’s extremely dirty
