my only grip was that the swim up pool was closed although there was lots of people there.

if you wish to stay at the hotel during the day there are different pool activities, yoga, etc

entertainment staff were fantastic with kids of all ages & adults

also having times to wait for spa centre to open for pool towels

lastly, some of the pool bar staff were very unfriendly, bordering rude on a couple of occasions

the rooftop sun deck and pool are very relaxing and great bar

you could also order drinks and snacks via a service phone from the adjacent bar and they arrived very quickly

staff was also outstanding and helped me out the entire trip by calling the rental car agency and spa for me

the place has plenty of spaces to chill out and just watch the ocean and the indoor pool is pretty cool

because the pool bar was so popular and fun, it could get a bit crowded during the peak hours.

there are plenty free of charge parking spaces close to the hotel - no reservation needed

was excellent, spa was also excellent

but be warned freezing in february but the great bonus is that you have use of the vulcan hotel gym pools and spa

drinks around the pool and in the bar are fairly priced, very attentive staff and the best location available for the resort

we also enjoyed the pool, the bar at the pool and entertainments

adults only concept is fabulous and highly recommended

pools are heated, but don't expect a spa level comforts, still good enough for a quick dip on winter months
