love the swimming pool overlooking the sea

no gym

couldn't really fault the buffet breakfast or dinner on half board basis for variety - although we did eat

good breakfast everything you could possibly want

gym is very basic, it only has space for a person

the wifi in the apartment has a fibre connection and is excellent

easy parking on the street although in theory there is also a private parking space but we never found

fabulous views overlooking the pool and mar

food had plenty of choice all inclusive is a must for soft and alcoholic drinks with the pool bar open til midnight

evening meal even for open buffet and same for breakfast (even if the english 'sausages' were pretty awful (+) the breakfast was really good and the staff is very helpful and pleasant, they have freshly made (+) food amazing and every morning free cava for breakfast (+) food was alright, not much choice every day especially for breakfast, but everything was tasty (+)breakfast was great (+)clean and comfortable hotel, lovely view of the pool and sea/beach, decent breakfast (-)ha a small dog with us,and there was nowhere outside we could have are breakfast together,or have a drink (+) gorgeous beaches within a minute distance, a great variety of food offered during breakfast (+)i loved the pool, breakfast is amazing. (+)lovely breakfast and dinners.

okay room, ac worked, wifi worked after i asked for

we did not eat there but the bar was nice to have a drink

pretty much nothing to like, oh had plenty of parking as garage next door.

wifi in room total rubbish when it got a signal, workmen staying in hotel loud in hallway, tv only

the wifi didn't work in our room but we had good signal so just used our phone as a hotspot.

when we checked in we were handed a piece of paper with what's happening in the hotel, hours of spa etc

we asked to have mini bar cleared so we could use the fridge

wrong room given to us then made to upgrade, no life guard and lots of kids

we had no meals or drinks in the hotel as we met friends but bar and dining areas looked very smart and welcoming

a delicious breakfast was served at the table in the dining room

included in the price of the suite such as minibar (with crisps, beer, soft drinks etc) fist laundry, coffee machine, breakfasts, parking-garage beautiful building inside and out, lovely suit, (+) it was included on the hosting the first laundry for free and everything that was on the minibar (+) they even did our laundry for free without us asking for it (+)room and all the other included snacks and drinks, exceptional services included in the price (eg laundry); attention de details in every aspect, focus on art and sustainability, lovely rooftop (+) as we were there for more than one night, one bag of laundry was included

breakfast is decent

comfortable bed, fantastic shower, the great sky bar area, the wonderful staff, the tasty breakfast basically we liked it all

i can imagine that might annoy some people, but in the end it was very handy as we had good wifi recepion

very good price/quality ratio. in the city centre. good wifi.

wifi is very poor maybe because we were on the top floor

gym and spa were closed both days we were there, but it may have been just the fact we are on the

only one chair, beds without blankets. shower uncomfortable. weak wifi signal.

actually deserves the 4star rating unlike most that have it in spain

we requested late check out and that was no problem and we were not charged for it either

wanted to have an early lunch at the gastro bar but they weren’t serving it yet when we asked even though it was open

bar service was excellent and prices were very reasonable for a city centre hotel

check-in staff didn't tell they have gym, coffee machine at e level, found it by myself during breakfast time

was very near our favourite bar los zagales

we didn’t use any of the facilities like the bar or restaurant but there are so many options so close already

just 1small point, i smoke and terrace bar where you could smoke was not open all the time.

the gym was on the 5th floor which i liked as air conditioning and tvs in room

we arrived on a sunday and there were no facilities open - no restaurant, no room service

we had room service we were too tiered to go out they did not get the salad right wrong type of lettuce no

boiler for tea - no complementary water - warm mini bar - unstable internet - very very small gym

on our outward journey, the hotel staff had recommended that we eat in la togo tapas bar about ten minutes walk away and there we had the best tapas of our two week trip

breakfast ok but with outside sitting which enabled us to have our pets (2 cocker spaniels) with us

choice of having an exterior park for kids ,other things would be great but i understand it changes the ethos of the hotel & pushes

also, when they mention a pool, it’s important to note that it’s not owned by the hotel—you have to pay extra to use it

just after midnight - not able to obtain drink other than from mini bar - this is poor for a hotel of this star
