you a more private atmosphere - the back of the hotel sits on a small river and wooded area, the pool room is very nice which also overlooks the woods

believe the pool should be an outdoor pool rather than inside or make the water a tad bit warmer if they wish

we requested and early check in and she worked with us to make sure that a room was ready when we arrived
