slow dining room service

staff not prompt with check in or check out poor room service came 1 time in 2 days, no traveller info about kenora at location on where to go and

breakfast, which we have been spoiled with at most other hotels that cater to hockey kids, but the restaurant is decent for breakfast

loud noisy kids jumping off dock into water and swimming in area where sign said no swimming

we could also see the kids at the skateboard area at the rec centre across the street so that was encouraging

pet fee price $15, it was a pleasant surprise to find stove and sink for cooking in the room

water of the outdoor pool was cold and the indoor pool really cold

the pool wasn't open

the indoor pool is not heated, so it is hard to enjoy it during winter.

staff were helpful and everything worked. wifi, hot water and reasonably clean.

maybe more parking close to lodge but i was lucky it was a quiet week day!

we wanted a tub so paid for what was billed as a deluxe suite with a spa

parking lot was a bit of a struggle

for a spa room , so my daughter could soak in the bath, water was only warm, hotel noisy, plus shower in
