the space was clean, comfortable, and absolutely spa like

it also had peloton bikes - however it appeared that the internet was too slow in the gym area for the classes to stream properly

the in-house bar is a big plus staffed by an excellent crew

so, i hit the bar in the hotel - there is an excellent wine list and appetizer option - so i was content

there was a bar and live music on the premises.

had a lovely pool area, bar & karaoke & chinese restaurant all o site

accommodated an early check in and additional guests without charging extra

only drawbacks no restaurant until 9:30 am and the bar doesn’t open until 5:00 pm

one of the best hotel gyms i've traveled to, high quality free breakfast, and a nice outdoor pool

during the night we had a loud noise that scared my kids, it sounds like old pipes vibrating

shuttle service was a huge convenience

added bonus was the laundry facilities

we were also with young kids so thank you for coming to pick us up

the shower bath room was full of sand and the air conditioner did not work at all until room service came twice o fixed it on the first night

laundry room needs some attention

good price with a lanai and a kitchen

the hotel is about a half block away from the zoo so my kids and i just walked there

my kids wouldn’t be aloud to roam halls alone or go get ice alone

also there needs to be a chair in the laundry room so that guests can sit and read while waiting for their clothes to finish

the beds weren't as large as we were used to, so it was a little squishy for 2 adults and 2 kids to share
