our stupidity. saw the sign about spa when preparing to check out.

spa was not working and the front office was not a ton of help when i asked to help with the jets

airport shuttle didn't leave the hotel until after we arrived at the airport and called

at the time of our stay 12/22, the pet fee was $30 per pet per night

we had one dog with us, and we know hotels typically charge $15-$20 pet fee

was yelled at when asked about $50 pet fee that i was never told about very rude man

was charged $309 which included the $30 pet fee or supposed to & then the front desk decided to add another $30 pet fee on top the invoice

it was very expensive. for the price the room was small. very expensive pet fee.
