pool not open yet

laundry facilities were out of order at the time of my stay

and they laundry room was always filled with someone was nasty clothes everywhere

cleaned and when my wife asked about some clean towels at the very least, she was told to use the laundry to wash them herself

clean towels or clean sheets, sheets were itchy and stiff, there was a horrendous smell in the laundry room to the point i had to hold my breath getting through, the bathroom floors were slimy

money for it after they already mess up my reservation there not happy with this place at all kids running up and down the hallaway playing loud music very uncomfortable

noisy no phones not feeling safe kids running around over head all night people fighting outside window at 330am

people fighting with each other all night long so me and my kids go in my car and stay and i had to argue with them to get my refund and i’m still waiting

i had to wait outside my room with my kids while i waited for a staff member to arrive to let me in

cable in the room had choices for kids that was kid friendly at all hours

gym is also great

cute info board, mini mart in lobby, gym, water fountain to fill our water bottles, fresh fruits at breakfast
