manager when promised a refund as we had to leave earlier due to cockroaches and having small kids

we had kids yelling scream and running up and down the hallway until after 2am

sadly instead of spending our evening taking our 3 kids to the amusement park, we were scrambling to find another place to stay

just after we got the kids in bed and shut the lights off it sounded like someone full body slammed into our door

having the pet area was great and even though i don’t make nd paying a fee the no pet fee was also great

after a pet fee per dog it did end up being pretty expensive for the quality of hotel.
