no towels in the pool area

there wasn't any towels in the pool area and when i went to the front desk to ask for some they gave us blue towels with bleach

there wasn't much at breakfast for a vegan.

was friendly, breakfast was good

( dirty sheets, kitchen dirty, fridge had spills in it, drawers had food, dirty dishes in dishwasher) even the one

the breakfast bar u have to be down at 7 no later they don't refresh it, so i went down 8

staff at the bar were incredible. atrium area is a huge plus.

the reason for the other hotel was we needed an early check in but we ended up waiting until 1pm for a room to become available, so we waited 5 hrs

location is perfect for my work needs. nice, neat, new hotel with restaurant and bar in lobby.

a while, they apologized for their restaurant not being open but they recommended this amazing bar right down the road

the gm of beverage was very kind and attentive, the bar manager was very knowledgeable, kind and made the best drinks

it was a holiday and the number of guests may have exceeded expectations, but unfortunately the breakfast items were running out very quickly

drunk people in pool, no place to change by pool and had to walk outside

breakfast was also pretty omg on the muffins
