hot tub was dirty but to be fair it was 4th of july week and there was alot of guest using the pool and hot tub all 4 days we were there

staff was very helpful and very nice, location was near everything, breakfast that was provided was great you have options and ithe room had everything you needed

breakfast was good, a little different set up than usual because they converted one of the rooms

we enjoyed the breakfast options and bed was very comfy.

still have thing in room saying they serve breakfast daily, which they don't because of covid19

they have laundry room, so helpful and beds were very comfortable!!

idk what the official criteria is but to me, if a hotel does not have 24-hr room service; it is not a 5-star property

the gym is the best hotel gym i have ever seen
