including staff, food not out of kitchen in a timely manner

kitchen staff dumped 3 jars of walmart brand great value gravy into warmer in front of hotel guests

front desk lady is rude as hell they have tweekers in the parking lot all hours and do not have a late check

no guest laundry as advertised in the online booking.

great breakfast, clean, new, and only $10 for pet fee

i appreciated the ease of check in and out and best of all, the $10 pet fee

are falsely advertising that you do not charge a pet fee you even have billboards representing this

we really appreciated the hotel being pet friendly and the pet fee was only $10

lots of activity in the hallways - so kind of loud in the late evening with hallway traffic - kids yelling, conversations and door knocking and doors slamming

type of hotel they don't server continental breakfast wich is a plus for us when we stay out with kidsakes life easier if we are on the road

my children always love when they have a pool and hot tube

is a very nice facility (clean, new), the staff was super and the complimentary breakfast was great

no exhaust fan in bathroom and no shower in the pool area.
