pool not working

the hotel is clean, including the pool, and gym

the pool isn't open and it's listed as a facility with a indoor pool

the pool area was really cold when exiting the pool. lol

the breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly

had to wait a little while for food to be refilled on breakfast bar.
