i didn t have breakfast at the facility

breakfast was closed due to coronavirus

got no room service on saturday and on sunday when i asked for clean bath linens i was told that they

the front desk lady was talking to laundry lady not paying attention when she finally realized we were waiting she came out and said

we really enjoyed the pool/spa complex and the breakfast buffet.

the late check out was good

the pool a comfortable temperature

pool had great hours 6 am until midnight

pool and spa are closed down because of chemical shortage and heater for the pool is in need of replacing

i liked that there was a large open play area for the kids to play.

towels and pool towels were very small and thin, not thick, fluffy, nor thirsty

thought the pool was over chlorinated

i went to my room and came out to go to the casino and seen i had a flat, she had her friend bring a air tank to air my tire and seen a nail

the river view was awesome and the breakfast was delicious with so many food options

stayed in, the breakfast was phenomenal, the gym had a wide range of equipment, the rooftop's bar had a beautiful view and atmosphere, and the restaurant's food was so amazing that i want to

new, nice large room with complete kitchen. view of the river!

very helpful when i call for early check in

only frustration is the last 2 times, it's been completely overrun with sports families and young kids running around everywhere (literally in the lobby, restaurant, etc)

clean and comfortable but see comment below regarding cleaning services, somewhat decent gym (some equipment was broken)

pool was not the best, because you have to reserve a time to swim, only get one hour to do so, and

there were a lot of kids there so we had to ask for more towels

the indoor pool was warm and it had a nice view of the river

room with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper was perfect for 3 kids and grandma and grandpa

it was nice having a fitness room attached directly to the swimming pool

they weren’t in the middle of downtown meant it wasn’t packed so the boys got to enjoy the pool and weight room to themselves

breakfast was horrible and the watched us like we were kids

bed and pillows were very comfortable. breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.
