although i told the reservation agent on the phone that i was traveling with two pets and she indicated that my rate would cover both, the front desk sprung a second-pet fee on me

was no indication of additional pet fee, so i was surprised with it upon arrival

had to hold the handle down on the toilet for a while to flush. pet fee was a bit high.
