staff went above and beyond and allowed early check in which was very helpful and amazing

they do have a small gym which isn t by the restaurant but by the rooms

the pool is too small

i like the facilities, they were awesome, the pool and the amenities are nice.

the shower nob was broken, i had no parking, no tub, only shower, there was no laundry they had to wash the close for me for an

no gym. the pool was freezing and underwhelming.

the so called infinity pool is a very small pool and was not very inviting

the pool was green so we couldn t use it

were so thankful to be staying at luciernagas where we could float and relax in the lake or the pool instead of in flores itself where the heat was quite oppressive
