doesn't work too, the description about the room it's not true almost everything are damaged, the pool área it's so unhealthy no air conditioner and the smell of clorox was unbearable ,,it's not a

workers were fabulous especially the woman at the front desk and the man at the bar in the restaurant

also, not an issue for us, but the open hallways with noise from the bar area could be an issue for some

lot of the extra features do not exist no food/restaurant ice cream area was no longer good bar just has a few

nice hotel didn’t get to use any facilities like pool lounge or fitness area but beautiful inside

i loved we had a living room and kitchen seperate from the bedroom

loved that the room had a full kitchen

well maintained gym was decent wish it had an indoor pool car charging was a plus but could use more

pool was heated and great for the kids

wish breakfast was longer and pillows were bigger but that’s i would change

breakfast was sparse but adequate

the breakfast didn't have anything only coffee

breakfast was kind of boring, no to many variations, it was being good if we have muffins also

the two queen bed suite with a kitchen was perfect for our family of five — two adults and three children

needed an early check in and the staff was very helpful in making this happen

we didnt use the kitchen but thought there should be atleast a few dishes and utensils

the room is well equipped with functional kitchen, living and dining area

the kitchen & rooms were obviously clean there was a dead bug medium/large size in one cabinet

linens/toiletries could have been more. need more options in breakfast for vegetarian people.

also no pool or gym due to covid, but not hotels fault

i like how it was a suite, kids got their own bedroom, plus pull out couch and dishwasher

was 10 minutes away for breakfast - staff was great and were able to accommodate our request for early check

liked that there is no pet fee

called and asked for waters for the kids and it never came.

guests are on top of each other and nowhere to escape if want peace and quiet away from kids and families and/or loud guests

it’s a great location, friendly staff, great spa service, pool area, nice rooms, and did i mention beach view from the pool

my kids loved the decor and the vibe

would have also loved a jacuzzi and steam room and sauna accessible through the spa to add to the resort feel

breakfast was kind of poor, given it's meant to be a 5* hotel

the wave resort pool is fabulous, with all the luxury of a pool bar, spa, gym, and five star service

also, the gym isn't part of the hotel, but it's located a few streets away

floors & rooms smelled beautiful huge room all white gorgeous fireplace remote control a/c mini bar & refrigerator thick fluffy white towels that smelled incredible

you have to go to a sister hotel to enjoy amenities like the spa, gym and pool

machines in the gym were broken or dirty

the pool wasn t open a little later for adult swim. there was too many kids.

the place was also crowded with little kids running around all over the place unsupervised

husband and i had a spa getaway weekend and we were so happy that we chose ocean place

the spa is great and the indoor pool is a huge plus

a few of us pretty much lived at the pool for our stay, which is so relaxing

i wasn't expecting so many kids in the pool ;)

definitely my favorite, tastefully renovated from inside to outside pool area

the group of kids barked door to door instigated animals it just not called for

we liked the comfy beds. also the gym was good.
