the hotel is beautiful, cosy bar area and the restaurant decor as well as the room decor is superb

(+)was my wife birthday on 23rd june and the staff and spa staff looked after her give them (+) spa therapist was very good (-)spa was out of order (-) one of the days i wanted treatments from the spa and the spa lady was not on duty to help with refurbishment going on in the hotel (-)dated decor. spa really wasn t what i d call a spa.
