friendly staff great pool

we stayed with our dog and two kids and we felt very welcomed all together

the staff is really friendly and the pool, jacuzzi, and gym are very clean and up-kept; essential oil clothes in a mini-fridge, really nice and refreshing

the pool, gym, and associated restrooms were also well appointed

location was great. beds were comfortable. kids loved the pool.

hotel's tech support for wifi was actually able to help me reset os prompt settings if not have been able to do on my own

at doubletree for a brief, family staycation and took the kids to the maryland ren faire

i didn t like that when i called for room service at 10am that they were closed until 4pm

location, free breakfast, and handicap accessibility was a plus

the lifeguard at the pool wasn't pay attention to the kids at all

it's in a great area with shopping right across the parking lot

the best part of the entire stay was eating dinner in the hotels restaurant and meeting the bar tender kathy

so many amenities and i absolutely loved the full kitchen

room was smaller than expected but it was clean and i liked having the full kitchen utilities
