quiet, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is nice

the travel websites say there's a restaurant, bar ,gym,, spa, room service, but i've never encountered any of those

very nice room easy check in got a late check out because new years eve.

there was no butter for toast or waffles either day at breakfast

my room was nice and clean stayed there about 3 weeks and the mini kitchen came in handy

was told it would be $10 a night pet fee, when i got there to check in they told me it was $50 a night now

was charged several times for a pet fee for my service animal after i was told that it didn't matter if he was a service animal

fact that i only got charged part of the time a pet fee for my service dog was about the best part of my stay

i liked the fact that kids have to be out of pool by 9pm

pool area was not properly cleaned when we elected to use the 45' pool in july 4.

i really loved the pool and hot tub and the bed was very comfortable. will be coming back again
