got charged pet fee even though we had a service dog

advertisement stated they were pet friendly & they are not

we paid the pet fee, and we’re not notified that they clean the room every day when you have a pet

there is no free breakfast or pool inside it or outside

it was fair priced the laundry was a fair price

room was not cleaned, dirty laundry and trash was not pulled

facilities like gym & food buffet was excellent quality with hot drinks available all hours

i traveled with 3 kids

they made sure we had a shuttle to the airport in the morning and the breakfast the next day was fresh and very tasty
