the only annoying thing was they stopped pool service a bit early & waiting for a buggy to take & pick us up from our room when they were

we opted for breakfast in the room and i have to say that was one of the best decisions we made

the room was nice but not spectacular and the pool, though not used by us, seemed small for a resort of this size

since we were last down so it was disappointing -no breakfast, no courtyard etc, no nice larger pool

fab overnight stay! lovely room, comfy beds. pool was great. staff so friendly!

a push i wish the suites had tv’s and the waitress at breakfast offered variations of coffees but it didn’t effect our stay at all

a minor mixup with rooms we ended up with a 2 room suite 2 separate bedrooms, a full kitchen huge bathroom

new kitchen but no pots/pans, plates, utensils

no cold water in kitchen...it was turned off!

really didnt stay their long enough too not like anything, the room was big really roomy the kids loved it next time ill need to stay a little longer so we can in joy the park more, again i

the owner finally responded and i was told that they are guests too with kids, and there was nothing he could or was willing to do

banging/clanging noise, probably the security gate on the laundry and vending machine area

the pool wasn't open. but maybe it wasn't the right time of the year.

has beautiful views of the lake, the facility has a playground for kids which my granddaughter loved the short time we were there

owner went out of his way to help me with laundry and also guided me to a good point to enjoy the lake

staff was wonderful! hot breakfast close to restaurants and shops.
