decor, exceptionally friendly staff, quality bedding and linens, great fitness center and outdoor pool facilities

they need to advertise more that they can shuttle you from the airport

they offer laundry services and proof detergent at front desk if needed

the upscale ambience cleanliness gym and pool access just overall comfortable

very noce to be in and you find everything on kitchen what you need

they falsely advertise as a pet friendly hotel but they are not

stating upfront about the 125 usd pet fee was a bummer

we were charged a pet fee on our bill and the lady at the desk would tell every guest asking for a print off (many

my dog enjoyed herself, but i was charged twice for the pet fee and it took awhile to get the charge off

the pet fee was high $28 compared to other places

was disappointed by the $20 pet fee per night

the women didn’t care and ignored me, and didn’t wave the pet fee like they are supposed too

after checking in with my dog with me i get told the next day that i owe $44 for a pet fee

the happy hour patio was a bonus as was the expensive breakfast options i love indigo hotels and this one is one of the better

it was close to family that we were visiting… clean and have a nice pool to enjoy the sun

however parking and wifi are available along with a small outdoor pool; close vicinity to several beaches
