the pool was clean and even the hot tub was on and ready to go

was very poor; it worked reasonably well only in kitchen which was not convenient

the kitchen is well stocked all the units have a balcony that overlooks the pool area

kids played at a nice park nearby and we watch the sunset from a pier across the street

bar should have coffee for sale in the morning, also i don't understand why they close so early

very clean, great views, lots of eating choices. spa was very nice!

from the golf cart drivers to the front desk staff was amazing

very reasonable cost, absolutely clean, ample room, $10 pet fee, right in the middle of lots of shopping and places to eat, set back from the road

pet fee has jumped from $10 per night to $35 per night...found out at check-in

pet fee needs to be placed ahead of reservation

i like the idea that laundry room was open all nite a little dirty but other wise all good..

main road is very close and you can hear it when you're at the pool but otherwise it isn't an issue

pool and hot tub area was lovely

as good as previous visits, covid limited room service and when asked did not clean room one day, dishes left in hallway > 2 days

wasn't aware that room service is every other day unless requested and didn't have any clean towels

breakfast included was fantastic and the staff was outstanding

wonderful renovations, and breakfast daily too

the beds were comfortable, the entire hotel was very clean, and my kids enjoyed the heated pool

the pool area very nice (better than the website pics) and has some water toys available for kids

no access to restrooms from the pool area. not sure where pool towels were kept if any.

the coach buses that park next to pool were very loud when you were in pool trying to relax and were a pain to navigate out of the

all over bathroom shower mold didn’t like how hotel rents out for party’s way to much noise kids running down hallway at 7am screaming too slamming doors no lounge chairs and all chairs

upon arrival in our room on the second floor, there must’ve been kids above us because we could hear them running around until around 11:oopm

i have never seen a motel that had a parking area and sidewalks that were pretty and almost spotless

a drink and roaches literally scattered everywhere so had to take all my belongings to a local laundry mat so i wasn't bringing any unwelcomed guests at my house, second thing i wasn't to keen

room was a decent size. laundry was useful.

its pet freindly, no mention that is a pet fee of $50

pet friendly although they should disclose the extra pet fee

had to pay a pet fee which i was not aware of until we reached the hotel

also charged a $50 pet fee that was not mentioned at time of booking

didn t like the surprise pet fee at check-in
