everything was fantastic. location, size of the room, wifi, great breakfast, great service.

style is minimalist but we great detail - like the reed diffuser - beds are super comfy and the wifi works well

(+)view was fabulous, the food we got from the restaurant (room service) was wonderful, the cleaners did a great job (-)room service, no one to carry the luggage, i had to carry them by self , when i ask for something (+)the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly the in house chef who delivered our room service meal (-)party closed the bar and restaurant including room service (-)in our room from carmen cenzano - no idea who she is as her letter is untitled - advises room service only in the evenings due to covid-19 restrictions

would have been great if the bar had been open earlier so that we could relax after our long journey but not really a problem as

moreover the gym was at a five minutes walking distance and extra cost

if i were to say something, i would include an extra treadmill in the gym to avoid waiting time.
