breakfast room service was amazing

get room service saturday evening had to leave a message and didn t get a call back

wasn t very clean and i d like room service to go back to normal

tried to order room service and no one would help us!

room service was advertised for certain hours according to hilton tv but were not available when

i have 3 kids, one being autistic

so much to do and enjoy and your room be immediately available which is great when traveling with kids and a baby

i couldn’t believe they had the audacity to charge me $80, plus $20 pet fee for such a place

we had a pet and so paid the pet fee… when we decided to stay a second day, we had to pay the fee again

put us poolside so we could keep an eye on cat at indoor pool and spa. loved it......

they accommodated an early check in without extra charge!

clean and very pleasant room with patio, pool, hot tub, walk in shower, staff was friendly and helpful

breakfast staff were very disorganized and there were very long waits for food

we slept very well each night as the beds were super comfy and the kids felt like could escape as there was a tv in each room

policy states you get return pet deposit after room inspection

no elevator, traffic was bad for sleeping, pet fee they don’t tell you about, zero breakfast, tubs are old and spray painted, we left a day
