the down side, though i understand the pet fee, i thought it was a little excessive

i wrote a note through booking requesting info on pet fee and never got a reply (actually i got one after i stayed there--that's ridiculous)

parks and monuments, waterpark on site for use of hotel guests only ( $78 for family of 4), pet friendly for a pet fee and just overall good value

it would have been nice to have a pool but it wasn't a deal breaker

if i was forced to say a negative thing, it was that the water park didn't have a week-long pass for the kids

desk was very understanding i couldn't pay the pet fee until the next day

pool room floor was rough on feet, i recommend wearing shoes.

breakfast was kind of a joke, we were not told to ask for your room to be cleaned, we when we came

laundry facilities were a plus to have as we were half way through our vacation

did like the breakfast set which is about safety and precautions for the pandemic, an taking it up to our rooms

basic essentials for the kitchen would be

friendly staff, room with all the kitchen items, bbq, and fire pit outside were amazing

i liked everything. could of had a gym and laundry could be cheaper but this is a great place.

desk found out we were having car trouble & got us into our rooms early so we could settle in the kids & our luggage, while dad took the car to be fixed

we spent a whole day at the outdoor pool and really enjoyed that too
