the hotel is warm cosy with a lovely friendly bar and staff

there isn t masses of parking but we found a

parking is fine though difficult to find due to the cramped streets in that location.

breakfast was excellent very good value for money

it was clean and tidy, with wifi and parking & i slept well

view from our bedroom, it was also quite we didn't hear any noise from the bar or the road outside

our stay at the white hart, unfortunately the morning of breakfast there was a gas issue in the kitchen which meant they could not offer a cooked breakfast

special shout for the doorman who was always ready with a smile, and special mention to the breakfast staff - they are busy but you never wait long for anything

also all the kitchen extractor fans and associated noise and smells

- wifi available throughout hotel - reliable with good

pleasant staff, especially the young man at breakfast. wifi good enough for a video chat.

the drinks at the bar were a bit

my kids enjoyed the breakfast as there was alot to choose from

staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially with working out the ev charger in the car park and arranging late check-out

of the gym equipment was out of order

more than one piece of gym equipment was broken or out of order, as this is why i choose this hotel

the bed was comfortable, the gym was well equipped, the electric bard is exceptional and the room service food was top notch

hotel bar was good but shut early

so much didn't like but you'll stay in for example 5th floor, the restaurant might be 3rd floor, gym another floor and reception on ground just takes a bit to get yourself

my room was next to a fire door which was quite noisy when people came to bed and the laundry room which maids were using fairly early in the morning

the location of the room right next to the laundry room wasn t ideal and was pretty noisey.

it was extremely friendly, good value for money, and spa facilities very good xx
